Weld and hang the label on steel bar end plane is a kind of practical new patent technique which developed by Hebei Harzone Co., Ltd based on the requirement of steel enterprise. 

In normal production of steel bar enterprise, the label are binded on the ends by binding wire or the packing belt. 

It has the following disadvantages:

1.From the production until final use, the steel material need to go many times of transportation, moving and storage, and the label at ends is easy to hide in the bundle, and by times squeeze or bump, the label is easy to drop off , based on the none-complete static, around 60% labels are missed and most of the balanced label are also hide into the bundle and hard to recognize; 

2.By the reason of hiding labels, the heating no, material and origin are hard to see, therefore the correction is difficult in case of the label is wrong; 

3.The label is so easy to bind that it is easy to change and leave the chance to fake makers. 

When the weld and hang of the label technique is adopt, due to no force from the horizontal direction, it is much more stable and hard to change. Therefore the above problems are all solved. 

Announcement:

The technique need to be used with the professional welding machine and welding stud which are developed by Harzone Co., Ltd. 

General operation process is charge the welding machine first, insert the special welding stud into the hole of the welding gun, aim the gun to the small hole on the label, pull the trigger and the nail will be welded on the end plane, therefore the label will be also hang on the end plane one time.
